Team 2 : Metal nanoparticles elaboration and properties

 Description :

The objective of the team (Metal nanoparticles elaboration and properties) is the optimization of the experimental conditions for the preparation of mono and bimetallic nanoparticles deposited on oxide of ultra-divided materials. Additionally, this team is involved in the study of the morphological, structural and electronic properties as well as the measurement of specific surface and the surface chemical analyzes of these materials. The latter are then tested in catalytic reactions of industrial interest (methane reforming, hydrogenation reactions, etc.). The phenomena of metal / support interfaces have also to be controlled as well as the physicochemical effects implemented around these nanoparticles in order to increase the yields of the catalysis and the durability during the tests.
